System Implementation Group is a part of KPMG Management Consulting Department. In implementation projects, KPMG can be a Methodologist, Project Office and an IT integrator, as well as a Project General Contractor. We help our clients choose IT solutions to automate different processes, plan implementation project, write work statements, develop methodological and governing documents, perform settings, refinement or system design, train personnel, test and control quality of system implementation.

Duties:

• Managing implementation projects (from design development to implementation) as per MIS, EPM and ERP.

• Development of methodology of automated planning, accounting, reporting, reference and information management and other processes

• Development of related technical documentation

• Participation in sales (needs identification, meetings arrangement and conducting, proposals preparation)

• Preparation of budget of implementation project

• Communication and building collaborate relationship with vendors and IT companies

• Team management (mentoring, coaching)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Sciences (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT, etc.)

• Minimum 5-6 years in implementation projects as a project manager, technologist, methodologist, analyst

• Knowledge of programming basics

• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills

• PMP, TOGAF preferable, other certificates

• Fluent English and Russian
